    I love this place. Being from NY, this is the only place I found that has a NY style menu with good food. Great lasagna, chicken parm, baked clams, and ziti. Eggplant rolitini was just ok (a little tough). Huge portions. Fast delivery. Nice staff.

    Well... I wanted to like this place- the prices seemed low and delivery was relatively quick. Unfortunately, the salmon was burnt and flavorless and the shrimp seemed a bit on the gamey side. On a bright note, however, the ricotta cheesecake was absolutely delicious!

    I've gotten Ciao twice now. The first time, the pizza was horrendous, burnt hollow crust and the cheese falling off with a strange taste, but the salad with the calamari I got was amazing and it came with free cheesecake to boot. The second time, I got the same salad and a calzone. Calzone is okay, standard, but the salad was a disappointment. The calamari was rubbery and not cooked right. Also, the delivery guy told me this time that instead of the $2.50 delivery fee I was charged, it was actually $6.00! I'm never going back after that.
