Ordered my pizza at 5:35 for expected arrival at 6:35. I knew that the lighting festival was taking place on Michigan ave so i made a call to check in on my order and the driver. The girl that answered said that i should call back in 2 min so she could call the driver. I called back and she said it would be 10 min. This was now 6:44. My pizza arrived at my door at 7:30. The drive was apologetic but my pizza was still cold. What should have happened was 1. Girl answering phone being honest that my food would be late 2. restaurant not take more orders than they can handle making orders late because i can guarantee mine was not the only one 3. re made my pizza or credited me due to the fact that my pizza was cold and the cheese was a new form of solid and looked disgusting. $20 bucks later and soggy cold pizza. Worst part about this is that could have ordered from a number of closer pizza joints

What can I say...It's Chi-town Pizza on Grub Hub. If you like the uber thin, NY style sliced pizza, you'll like Chi-Town. Delivery time was a little bit long but, based upon their location, I wasn't too surprised. So far, so good.

Eh....mediocre pizza. Hoping for much more. I continue to be let down by NY style wannabes.

This place is terrible. Disgusting is a better word. We ended up throwing out the meatball sandwich because it looked so gross. It was (and this is not an exaggeration) boiled meatballs on soggy bread with a teaspoon of tomato paste-like sauce. The pizza was greasy, soggy and had the same tomato paste sauce. This was a complete waste of money. Don't order from this place unless you want to throw away your money, and your food.

delivery was abt 15-20 min late but the sandwich was good.
