The guy and woman on the phone are very nice and have an attention to detail which is very refreshing. The drivers are very nice too. Overall they have great service. This place (and chain) is new to Chicago and I trust it will gain followers. They have great coupons in their mailings.I am not sure if you can use coupons when you order online, but I foresee you will be able to in the near future. IF YOU HAVE TO CALL MAKE SURE YOU MENTION GRUBHUB! The fact that they charge no delivery fee is awesome.Give them a try. As far as the pizza... It is way above average for a chain. In fact many steps above the other larger chains (like Dominos, Little Caesars,etc.) Hearty sauce and very fresh. The crust is chewy and soft in a good way. I have ordered a half dozen times and have been satisfied every time.

The baked lasagna was not baked, and tasted like chef boyardee out of the can..tossed it. The calzone was ok..the spicy italian sausage was not your typical ground sausage, it was sliced up meet..kinda deli style, but the calzone still was ok. The cheesy garlic bread seemed to have cheese on only 1/2 and the other 1/2 was slightly burnt. Disappointed, deceived by the reviews...will not order again soon.
