It's a shame when a place with such great food is brought down by a lack of intelligence and focus to detail in their delivery process. Chili cheese fries comes with only cheese (not to mention soggy fries), lack of marinara on mozz sticks, things like that. If they get their sh*t together and pay attention to what people actually order, then they'd get 2 more stars.

On the plus side, the food came on time. On the other side there's way more though. The food wasn't great, there were things missing (i ordered and paid for coleslaw that never showed up) and some things were just wrong - we had ordered sprite but instead got canada dry (bleurgh). I won't be ordering from here again, but good luck to those that do!!

I thought the delivery was on time, the menu was filled with many choices, the food was good and the delivery had missed an item so he went back to get it. All the food was better than KFC. I was able to have dinner, lunch and leftovers for $40. Thanks for coming to Chelsea.
