The key to understanding Papacito's is this: their food is cooked without grease or lard. That being said, you're expecting what I consider to be traditional tasting Mexican food, you're going to be somewhat disappointed. Without that greasy oomph, most of my food lacked flavor and depth. My entree was bland and their salsa was the most favorful part of my order. On the other hand, if you're looking for something that won't cause a running-at-full-speed trip to the bathroom in a few hours, they might have the food for you. Of note, make sure you specify what you want in and on your food. I was unaware that mine came slathered in toppings that I would've requested stay as far from my plate as possible. Compared to the rest of the Mexican food here on GrubHub, it's definitely at the top...But I'm not sure that's saying much.
