i don't know how this place stays in business, i really don't. the food is good, but the service sucks. as some people have mentioned it takes forever for them to deliver and no longer offer the super-convenient option of ordering online. don't bother trying to call them and order, because no one will ever bother to answer the phone. so frustrating...

Update: Again, really good pasta, ordered eggplant parmesan with fusilli and fresh tomato sauce. Very good. Delivery took an hour-as advertised , but really, an hour- at 2pm(delivered at 3pm). Got jammed on appetizer-ordered calamari, received crab cakes-just as mediocre as the time I actually ordered them. I don't know how many chances to give this place. End of update.Pasta is really, really good. I had four cheese tortellini with mushroom cream sauce and added in prosciutto bits, and it was great. The side salad was ok, except that it came pre-drowned in dressing- I, myself ,take a touch of dressing on salad, if at all. and this was overwhelming. Also had the crab cakes-not bad-not great. Mozzarella stix-mezza, mezza. Chicken Parmesan "baguette"- yeah, you really ought to use Italian rolls for Italian sandwiches. Better bread would bring a much better review-sandwiches are all about the bread. This is a great little PASTA place. Get your hot pasta here!!!

The food was delicious and the site is easy to use. The only down side was delivery time was a little long. The online customer service was extremely helpful and even called to check that it was on it's way. Once arrived the delivery person was extremely polite and apologized it had been busy. I will definitely order here again. :)
