I have ordered from here several times in the past without incident. This evening will be the last. I placed an order at 6:20. It arrived around 7:20, but was cold and the chicken was covered in sugar. I called to file a complaint and was told that a replacement would be sent right out. As I type this, it has been 1 hour and 20 minutes since that call. 2 hours and 20 minutes since my original order. I called back and was told it was on its way before I could even ask when to expect it, they hung up on me.
