    First delivery was ok, not very impressed with food. Second delivery was awful, they forgot items from the order and also mixed up a dish, although they said they would send out the right order and it would take another hour, never got the food. Very disappointed.

    The food at Trio is exquisite... the flavor, the presentation of dishes, and the deserts are amazing... i love this restaurant...

    Four stars for food, but one for delivery - the order came 30 minutes after the estimated time, and 20 minutes after the revised estimate sent in the email.

    So, I was quoted a 40 minutes delivery time, but the food took 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive, on a Wednesday night. Although they were horribly late, I was able to talk to management and figure out a good compensation. I think I'll give them one more try. Their drunken noodles and chicken satay were very good.
