This place not only gave us soggy sweet potato fries/pitas, the meat tasted like it had been sitting for over a week, and they were SO late in delivering the food - all because they ran out of Pepsi. They decided to call 10 minutes after they were due (which was 1+ hours after we ordered) to ask us what we wanted instead of Pepsi. And when the delivery guy finally showed up, he was really rude and totally disinterested in generally his job. We are never ordering from this place again, I can guarantee you that.

Just Because You're Different, Doesn't Make You Good. It's strange; you'd think that the reason you pick Penn Pizza over the next delivery joint is the stuff they do differently. That's actually the reason to avoid P.P.! Try their pizzas, their meat-lovers' and "college specials," but avoid their unique dessert pizzas, which boil down to indiscriminate blobs of cream cheese, greasy fruit or cinnamon spread, and salty crust (not very dessert-like). Grab a few of their thick, generous burgers with an order of curly fries, but dodge all the special French fries (Take a look at the menu. If it looks to you like someone just randomly combined fries and... gravy/onions/maple syrup... you've got the right idea.). Oh, and, same deal with the chicken fingers--don't come expecting that old golden brown standard. Instead, you'll get a Penn Pizza special. It doesn't add flavor or crisp... but it is a very lovely dark brown color... I mean, if that's what you're looking for.
