As i write this, I am looking at $30plus of food that I am NOT eating. First of all, we waited over an hour and a half to receive our food, during which time I called to check on our status several times. When said food arrived, it was freezing. Not lukewarm, not a tinge chilly, freezing. If you are unable to provide customers with hot food in a timely manner, you should NOT be delivering to that area. When I called to tell the management just this, I was not met with any kind of a friendly attitude, no offer for a refund and no apology. This is what led to my review. I have never been so shocked by one's service. On another point, the hamburgers ordered arrived on pitas, something that probably should be advertised on the menu. Otherwise people are likely going to expect buns the same way they would any other hamburger joint.
