NEVER AGAIN! i ordered by phone, to prevent any errors with my order. the effort was futile. terrible food (i checked the order b4 refusing it), 2 1/2 hour delivery time, and lying staff. 45 minutes after ordering, i called the shop twice to find out what the heck was going on with my order, and the information i was given was ridiculously unbelievable. first guy said he was "away from the restaurant," even though i could hear people complaining about crappy food and service in the background. the second time i called, they claimed it had ALREADY BEEN DELIVERED. they finally came with what was clearly the wrong order. when i told the delivery guy that i was upset that the order was so late AND completely wrong, he said that the shop will bill my credit card despite the error (actual words: "tough sh*t, you pay whether you take it or not. we have your credit card number"). fortunately i was paying cash (which i didn't), and i recommend t0 everyone to NEVER ORDER FROM THIS CON-SHOP!!

This service is wonderful! The food got delivered in half the promised time, so they are super fast! I actually had this delivered to my friend as a surprise but the delivery guy came so fast that I told my friend about it too late and they had sent him away, but good thing the delivery guy was very persistent! I called the delivery guy back and asked him to go back to my friend's apartment, and my friend got his food :) I'm so glad. I left them a 30% tip online so that must have helped them speed it up. I would totally order from this place again!

Didn't deliver until an hour and a half after order. And when they did deliver, it was to the wrong apartment! They actually allowed a random stranger to sign for my order! After talking to them on the phone, they agreed to deliver my order again. I didn't receive my meal for another hour. There were no concessions made to me and barely an apology. I have ordered from them many times, and my meal is usually missing something. The food is not worth the price and I will never order from them again.

Delivery was speedy, food was delivered hot and intact. A lunch special that was advertised as coming with a California roll came with two vegetable pancakes instead, which was a little disappointing (although the pancakes turned out to be crispy and quite tasty). I've tried their sushi in the store, and it was excellent, so I'd be interested to see how it holds up to delivery.
