NEVER AGAIN! i ordered by phone, to prevent any errors with my order. the effort was futile. terrible food (i checked the order b4 refusing it), 2 1/2 hour delivery time, and lying staff. 45 minutes after ordering, i called the shop twice to find out what the heck was going on with my order, and the information i was given was ridiculously unbelievable. first guy said he was "away from the restaurant," even though i could hear people complaining about crappy food and service in the background. the second time i called, they claimed it had ALREADY BEEN DELIVERED. they finally came with what was clearly the wrong order. when i told the delivery guy that i was upset that the order was so late AND completely wrong, he said that the shop will bill my credit card despite the error (actual words: "tough sh*t, you pay whether you take it or not. we have your credit card number"). fortunately i was paying cash (which i didn't), and i recommend t0 everyone to NEVER ORDER FROM THIS CON-SHOP!!

This service is wonderful! The food got delivered in half the promised time, so they are super fast! I actually had this delivered to my friend as a surprise but the delivery guy came so fast that I told my friend about it too late and they had sent him away, but good thing the delivery guy was very persistent! I called the delivery guy back and asked him to go back to my friend's apartment, and my friend got his food :) I'm so glad. I left them a 30% tip online so that must have helped them speed it up. I would totally order from this place again!

Pretty good. I got the Buffalo Chicken Salad. They didn't skimp on the chicken, followed my special instructions, and the medium sauce was perfect for me- nice and spicy without being painfully hot. I would definitely order again.

Well, I hate bad reviews and always read them with a grain of salt, but Baluchi's had a chance to work this one out and didn't. They should know my first experience with them was less than stellar. I ordered online today and delivery took over an hour. An hour!! The guy who answered the phone there only made excuses and no apologies. He said the computer told him I requested delivery an hour from the time I ordered. Better figure that one out!
The food was mediocre. Thank God they included extra sauce and that I had some coconut milk to add to the Veggie Chana Masala. It was spicy like I requested but completely absent of flavor. The lamb Saagwala was fair but the garlic could barely be detected in the garlic naan. So, that's the story. Yeah, I'll probably try them again and maybe go for something recommended by another reviewer, but today I was sorely disappointed.
