    First, they have not defined their delivery area properly so, after spending 15 minutes making selections from their menu, despite their coming up as delivering to this address, they claimed their delivery area ended just 1/2 block north of where we were and they could make no exceptions. That, and the heavy accent and noise on their end made placing an order impossible. Mario missed the chance to enthrall us -- and the place is too cramped and loud to enjoy dining there in person.
