Ginger Asian Fusion Cuisine's strength is certainly not their fusion. I ordered an oshinko maki (which was fine) and the vegetable spring rolls (which were pretty good). My main course, the chicken with broccoli, however, was terrible. The chicken was gummy and nauseating. I threw it away. The only reason I gave this restaurant 2 stars instead of 1 was because the Japanese portion of my meal was perfectly...satisfactory. Perhaps if you avoid the Chinese dishes you won't be as disappointed. But I wouldn't count on it.

I am a fanatic when it comes to Thai food, and ordered the Green Curry with fried Red Snapper from Khao Sarn.
FIrst time I ordered it I thought it might have been one of the most delicious Thai meals I've had since I've been in the States.
I re-ordered the same dish tonight, and it was still excellent, but the fish had been carelessly de-boned. Not a major issue, but it's annoying having a lovely curry in front of you and having to take each bite with extra caution.
Still, the food is very tasty, so I'm willing to look past this - once.
Definitely recommended. Honestly, the food is super yummy.

The spice level is much higher than most americans are used to. So be fore warned!
