Ginger Asian Fusion Cuisine's strength is certainly not their fusion. I ordered an oshinko maki (which was fine) and the vegetable spring rolls (which were pretty good). My main course, the chicken with broccoli, however, was terrible. The chicken was gummy and nauseating. I threw it away. The only reason I gave this restaurant 2 stars instead of 1 was because the Japanese portion of my meal was perfectly...satisfactory. Perhaps if you avoid the Chinese dishes you won't be as disappointed. But I wouldn't count on it.
