Well, I hate bad reviews and always read them with a grain of salt, but Baluchi's had a chance to work this one out and didn't. They should know my first experience with them was less than stellar. I ordered online today and delivery took over an hour. An hour!! The guy who answered the phone there only made excuses and no apologies. He said the computer told him I requested delivery an hour from the time I ordered. Better figure that one out! The food was mediocre. Thank God they included extra sauce and that I had some coconut milk to add to the Veggie Chana Masala. It was spicy like I requested but completely absent of flavor. The lamb Saagwala was fair but the garlic could barely be detected in the garlic naan. So, that's the story. Yeah, I'll probably try them again and maybe go for something recommended by another reviewer, but today I was sorely disappointed.
