Food was good, forgot 1 item not a big deal, grubhub refunded, will order again also liked when out of an item they called and asked what I wanted instead of just giving me anything.

Contrary to popular belief, not all pizza in NYC is the best pizza ever. Alexandria's however is a very good pizza place. The sauce is perfect, the cheese you can tell is good quality and the crust is perfect. Not too thin, not too thick. They actually cook it, as opposed to rushing and sending you a half cooked pizza. Some pizza places I've ordered from in the past I'd have to ask them to make it well done in order to get a normal pie. Prices are very reasonable. I haven't tried their dinners yet but I most likely will some time in the future

An hour and 30 minutes later when the order didn't appear, Grubhub contacted the restaurant and found out that they had forgot the order. The owner of the restaurant called me and said the could deliver it in another 30 minutes (I would have waited a total of 2 hrs for this order). He said I could also cancel the order, he didn't care one way or another. I will never order from this place again. Their level of customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
