Don't order from here. I tried on here and they wouldn't deliver to me and didn't bother to call to tell me. Then I tried their own Web site, and ordered from another site, that said they would deliver, but they didn't, and they didn't bother to call from there either. They have HORRIBLE customer service.

This place is not that good. The food is only warm when it arrives, and the driver made me leave my apartment and meet him out front cause he didn't want to use the buzzer. He didn't give me my receipt, & I didn't have to sign for my order when it came. That seemed strange since I used a credit card. Total waste of my time and money, and worst of all, I added a tip when I ordered and regretted it the minute the delivery driver called me from his cell phone saying there was "no parking" downstairs. Please.... 11 other delivery drivers found there way to the front door before...this guy is just lazy. I swore this place off on superbowl sunday this year, and I stick with that decision.

El Greco Cafe (Vermont Ave)

I got a chili cheeseburger and some lentil soup & salad. Everything came quickly in less than 30 minutes. (but I live 1/2 mile away from the restaurant) Needless to say, I will continue to order from El Greco. I put them in my drawer.

Well,
Since the food took over an hour and a half to arrive, I kind of expected it to be cold. I however, like hot pizza and buffalo wings, not barley warm and soggy items. The driver apologized and blamed the delay on someone else explaining that he had 3 other deliveries before mine. Nothing like making a customer feel special eh? The tossed chicken salad was decent I would probably order it again if I decide to give this place another chance. Luckily though, Grubhub gave me a $10 gift card to make up for the bad experience.
