    I called Grubhub about 90 minutes after I had placed the order and they were very helpful. They gave me a $5 GH giftcard and found out the resturant hadn't sent it out yet but would send a free piece of cheesecake. When it finally arrived, the pizza was pretty good despite being delivered 2 hours after I initially ordered. Unfortunately it was so cold and old the cheese was getting that plastic consistency. I would have rather had the pizza hot and the napkins and pepper flakes I specifically requested but they negelected to include. They didn't even send a fork for the dessert. I doubt I would order from them again.

    I got an antipasto mare that wasn't as listed, the Gnocchi was good, but I'd not recommend it on here as ordering one thing and getting another is disappointing.

    Twice in a row. Seriously? The first order arrived more than 4 (yes, 4) hours after it was placed. In that time, I made several calls to check in. I was told the food was on the way, that they lost the order and would resend, and then that the new order was on the way, and then that they lost it AGAIN. I gave them another chance, and the result was unfortunately similar. It was 2.5 hours before the food came. It was cold and congealed. Unbelievable. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

    Order came on time, even if it did take a little while. But the portions were HUGE and tasted great! One pasta and salad was enough for two very hungry people. Will order from Italy's Little Kitchen again.
