Order placed on 4.29.09.The guy and woman on the phone are very nice and have an attention to detail which is very refreshing. The drivers are very nice too. Overall they have great service. This place (and chain) is new to Chicago and I trust it will gain followers. They have great coupons in their mailings.I am not sure if you can use coupons when you order online, but I foresee you will be able to in the near future. IF YOU HAVE TO CALL MAKE SURE YOU MENTION GRUBHUB! The fact that they charge no delivery fee is awesome.Give them a try. As far as the pizza... It is way above average for a chain. In fact many steps above the other larger chains (like Dominos, Little Caesars,etc.) Hearty sauce and very fresh. The crust is chewy and soft in a good way. I have ordered a half dozen times and have been satisfied every time.

Order placed on 11.3.07.Order took an hour and a half to arrive, probably the worst delivery food we have EVER gotten. The food was soggy, flavorless, and the meat in the beef sandwich tasted old. The poppers were completely cold. The italian ice was completely melted. Called to complain and the manager said we would be issued a credit to call back and reorder the food at a later date, just called to give them another try and no such credit was ever written. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Order placed on 4.13.08.They have a motto-the Pizza you cant refuse.Well, I refuse to order from there again.As for the people that say this place is good, they must work there,own part of it,or are having their friends give positive reviews because this place SUCKS. It takes alot for me to write a negative review. But this place hit the big suck on almost every count. The only good thing was it took them 45 minutes to deliver. I have been reading the reviews for months and was very afraid to order from this place-then I saw a string of "good" reviews. I still had a bad feeling before I ordered and it turned out the feeling was right. Pizza: Tasteless toppings. Sauce had a fish taste to it! Do they use the same utensils to make pizza and fish?!!! Crust was brittle like the dough mix was old or something. Cheese was not fresh at all. I still have heartburn from this crap almost 24 hours after I ate it! I will NEVER order from here again and I suggest you do not either.

Order placed on 11.12.09.Solid unpretentious food at ridiculously low prices. We ordered the Denver Omelette (yummy), Angus Burger (also yummy) and French Toast (yummy as well!). Delivery was quick, food was warm and fresh - no frills fantastic.

There is tastier healthy food out there the chicken in the stir frys seems like it is the kind you buy at jewel out of the bag. think chicken nuggets with out the breading...the soup is tasty but not worth suffering through the rest of the menu...

Order placed on 11.5.09.I've had better and I've had worse, so that's why I'm going with three stars. I ordered a 1/3 lb burger which I'm pretty sure was once a frozen patty and was a bit dry even though it wasn't even cooked all the way. The fries were good, though.

Order placed on 3.14.09.To be a barbecue joint and try and charge 75 cents extra for EXTRA SAUCE is OK, if you provide some sauce to start? Thats like Every Burger place trying to charge me for Ketchup packets! If you dont have a Half Slab Rib Combo, then dont advertise it, then send me a bill for a FULL SLAB. The food was delivered cold on top of all that. I mean COLD, with an actual CHILL on the Ribs like they had been in a fridge! Overall one of the worst providers I have had on Grubhub. At least they are better than the Rib House. Not sure how that place still is open

First person who answered, couldn't take my order. 2nd (seemed like owner) accomodated my special pasta request which was great. Food was fast and very good. Calamari was a bit small - but I would probably order from them again.

Can't go wrong with Calo! They have been there for me and impromptu pizza and beer nights. They deliver beer so that's amazing! All of their pizza is excellent but sometimes they fail to cut the pie properly. What's with square pieces!?
