The guy and woman on the phone are very nice and have an attention to detail which is very refreshing. The drivers are very nice too. Overall they have great service. This place (and chain) is new to Chicago and I trust it will gain followers. They have great coupons in their mailings.I am not sure if you can use coupons when you order online, but I foresee you will be able to in the near future. IF YOU HAVE TO CALL MAKE SURE YOU MENTION GRUBHUB! The fact that they charge no delivery fee is awesome.Give them a try. As far as the pizza... It is way above average for a chain. In fact many steps above the other larger chains (like Dominos, Little Caesars,etc.) Hearty sauce and very fresh. The crust is chewy and soft in a good way. I have ordered a half dozen times and have been satisfied every time.

I have been ordering from here years. Lasgana I got this wasn't so huge, was kind of small. Could easily been a 1 time thing, just in case next time I order, same thing happens. Other than that, never had an issue.

The Calamari is great. Had the Seafood Potstickers and they were avg. at best. The General Tso Shrimp was good. Service was really slow. Took 2 1/2 hours to get my food.

Ihad the ribtips and the cheese cake. The ribtips were good nothing fantastic, but Iwould order them again. The cheese cake was frozen when i got it and didn't have much flavor. One thing I hate about delivery is lazy delivery guys that either don't know how to work a buzz that has instructions on it, or are just to damn lazy to DELIVERY the food to my door. Thats why I didn't go get it! I also didn't get my salad.

Around six months ago I decided to give Aladdin's a shot out of curiosity and the need for some variety. I didn't grow up eating this kind of food. Now I'm a regular. I've never had a bad meal or experience. I'm not familiar with a lot of the things on the menu but everything I've tried so far has been really good.
