I waited for almost 2 hours for my delivery to get here and I live just a few blocks from Potbelly. I called numerous times to complain and find out where it was and wanted to get a refund on the tip I already left (big mistake) or to get my food comped and all they would offer me was a free shake. The shake that I already had ordered was melted when it got here (and they didn't send a straw for it) and my soup was cold. I will NEVER order from them again!

Food was fine minus the half-melted milkshake. It should be fine...it's not complicated...we're talking sandwiches here. My issue is with my order being over a half-hour late from the scheduled time. An hour-and-a-half for sandwiches from a place that's 5 minutes away? Really guys? Pretty poor in my opinion....

I usually walk here from work and get the Italian sub. Fresh bread and lunch meat. Always tasty! Now that they have online ordering and delivery, I'll probably eat here even more. Highly recommended.

SRO is great! Very fast, pretty tasty. Like an upscale fast-food joint or a fast sit-down place... the Turkey Burger was voted best in Chicago! The seasonal Chili Soup is great, too.

Some of the best chicken I have ever had. Amazingly clean, can't even call it fast food. Its much nicer than that. Great for those nights when you don't want to cook, something for the whole family. Enjoy!

As nice Italian restaurants go, I have had better. Much better, in fact. But they are the only game in town, or at least Hyde Park. They are also just about the only place to take a girl on a date in Hyde Park, which generally is not a major concern for U of C students!

this place took my order an hour b4 they closed and then called me back 30 min later to say that they didnt have a delivery driver...how did they not know that...i even offered to come pick it up and they told me they hadnt made my food and they would be closed in 20 min...seriously rude will never attempt to order from them ever again

Ugh. 35 minutes late. The food was luke-cold. We ordered the scallops, the shrimp, and a side of onion rings. The scallops were frozen, Dominicks brand, low grade disgusting rubbery filth. The huge shrimp are normal cocktail shrimp butterflied, and have about 3" of breading added to them. The onion rings are the frozen, probably grocery store discards, soggy piles mush. I would rather eat carp from the Chicago river than EVER order this garbage again. 3/4 of what we ordered was in the garbage. Even the coleslaw is vile. How do you screw up coleslaw!? If you value your life, don't risk it here...

The food was good, but the logistics of ordering could be a lot smoother. First, the restaurant's online menu doesn't match the GrubHub menu (which is more limited). So if you're placing an order for a group of people, it's a challenge to make sure everyone's ordering things that are actually available on the GrubHub version of the menu. Also, I got a call from Jerry's to say they were out of 2 side choices and one sandwich choice (no meatloaf!), which constituted a large proportion of our group's order. Once we opted for items that were actually *available*, service was relatively quick, and the food was pretty good - it was just a bit of a hassle to get what we wanted (which we actually didn't) and get it to our office.

I just had the best sandwich I've ever eaten. It was a perfectly seasoned pounded and fried chicken breast with hot sauce, mayo, and pickles on a pretzel roll. Their coleslaw was big chunks of cabbage... man it was great. Great addition to GrubHub!
