don't believe the haters here. you get what you pay for & you get very good steaks brought right to your house. you want cheap steaks, go to ponderosa. it is pricey, but you get quality food, sides & packaging. will order again & again.

your in the wrong place. Open a bottle.

The food is good enough but the delvery time is terrible. It took an hour and fourty mins for them to get me a sandwich and some friedshrimp *which was very cold by the time it got here* I will not be ordering rom them again.

The burgers are good, but I would recommend going to the restaurant over getting delivery because their (normally delicious) fries and onion rings just get soggy. I order from here frequently because it's consistent and you get a lot for the money.

They never seem to have a driver for delivery even though they claim they have it. The few times I did get them to deliver the food was very good! I wish they would get their stuff in order so I could have it at home more often.
