SRO is great! Very fast, pretty tasty. Like an upscale fast-food joint or a fast sit-down place... the Turkey Burger was voted best in Chicago! The seasonal Chili Soup is great, too.

i ordered the ribs, fries, and onion rings. they were fantastic. i finally found some ribs that met my expectations. the fries were crinkle cut and crispy and the onion rings were exquisite.

I've eaten in at the restaurant before, and the food was quite good. However, when I ordered a few appetizers for delivery it wasn't as good. It said it would take an hour for delivery, which I was fine with and would have been happy if the food would have been hot when it finally got here. The french fries were soggy and luke warm, and it was the same story for the mozzarella sticks, onion rings and jalapeno poppers. I'm going to order from here again because I know they have good food, but I'll hope for a better delivery experience.
