To be a barbecue joint and try and charge 75 cents extra for EXTRA SAUCE is OK, if you provide some sauce to start? Thats like Every Burger place trying to charge me for Ketchup packets! If you dont have a Half Slab Rib Combo, then dont advertise it, then send me a bill for a FULL SLAB. The food was delivered cold on top of all that. I mean COLD, with an actual CHILL on the Ribs like they had been in a fridge! Overall one of the worst providers I have had on Grubhub. At least they are better than the Rib House. Not sure how that place still is open

I've ordered twice now, forgetting how annoyed I was the first time I had ordered. The delivery was late and missing items the first time, called to complain and they said they'd remember me next time ... Of course not. Second time, they were out of their veggie burger, tried calling me, put my order on hold until I called back to substitute for something else, which was hard because obviously it's a smoke shack not the most vegetarian friendly. Food arrived late, and cold, and wasn't very good. The burgers were blah, and the chicken wings had a weird flavor, not very buffalo chicken-y. Never ordering from them Again.

I really dont think I could have been any more unhappy with this place. Delivery took 2+ hours. Burgers smelled and tasted disgusting. They were like meatloaf burgers or something. I took one bite and threw it away, my friend took two bites then threw hers as well. Also got soggy fries and what must have been microwave cheese. They even forget our coke. I wish instead of giving them zero stars I could give them minus stars. So gross. Consider yourselves warned.

the pulled pork sandwiche was decent. The macroni and cheese with the parmesan on top left much to be desired. The baked beans were beyond disgusting. They were cold once they got to me and the flavor of onion overpowered them. Also, the beans were not tender, but rather hard and very unpleasant. I would order the sandwich again but none of the other sides
