I got a veggie pizza and garlic bread. The pizza has pineapple on it, which is a little different, and the garlic bread was like a soft pizza crust cut into pieces. Fast delivery, order was correct, no delivery charge!

Onion rings arrived mushy and were awful. Conversely, the breadsticks appeared to be made of rock and were similarly bad. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Don't let the one star fool you; I tried to rate it a half star but was unable to.

Company sent me a pizza with pepperoni on it when I ordered Margherita pizza. I called back and said I am a vegetarian and cannot eat this. They responded and said that it was 100% my fault for ordering the pizza with pepperoni since at Sarpinos a Margherita pizza has pepperonis on it. I said that a standard Margherita definitely does not have pepperoni on it. They said they did not care what the standard was and that I should have read the menu more carefully. When I asked for a solution...they said order another pizza and pay for it. One of the worst customer service encounters I ever had in my life. I will never ever order a pizza here again.
