The guy and woman on the phone are very nice and have an attention to detail which is very refreshing. The drivers are very nice too. Overall they have great service. This place (and chain) is new to Chicago and I trust it will gain followers. They have great coupons in their mailings.I am not sure if you can use coupons when you order online, but I foresee you will be able to in the near future. IF YOU HAVE TO CALL MAKE SURE YOU MENTION GRUBHUB! The fact that they charge no delivery fee is awesome.Give them a try. As far as the pizza... It is way above average for a chain. In fact many steps above the other larger chains (like Dominos, Little Caesars,etc.) Hearty sauce and very fresh. The crust is chewy and soft in a good way. I have ordered a half dozen times and have been satisfied every time.

Order placed on 12.4.08.Sarpino's was great. They delivered earlier than expected and the pizza was nice and hot. The sauce is a little sweet for my taste, but my roomate loved it and I love how you get a choice of condiments as your ordering your pizza. The authentic style crust is great if your a crust lover like myself. I recommend Sarpino's!
