The guy and woman on the phone are very nice and have an attention to detail which is very refreshing. The drivers are very nice too. Overall they have great service. This place (and chain) is new to Chicago and I trust it will gain followers. They have great coupons in their mailings.I am not sure if you can use coupons when you order online, but I foresee you will be able to in the near future. IF YOU HAVE TO CALL MAKE SURE YOU MENTION GRUBHUB! The fact that they charge no delivery fee is awesome.Give them a try. As far as the pizza... It is way above average for a chain. In fact many steps above the other larger chains (like Dominos, Little Caesars,etc.) Hearty sauce and very fresh. The crust is chewy and soft in a good way. I have ordered a half dozen times and have been satisfied every time.

The Pizza is pretty decent. Stick with the pizza. The Buttered Popcorn Shrimp are decent as well.The Delivery drivers are always top notch. I have never had a problem with a late order or food being cold.

food arrived on time. but they forgot my drink. which wouldn't be a big deal, but for almost $2 for a snapple, don't forget my drink. tasty overall but i will call in my order next time to emphasize not forgetting my drinks.

I waited for almost 2 hours for my delivery to get here and I live just a few blocks from Potbelly. I called numerous times to complain and find out where it was and wanted to get a refund on the tip I already left (big mistake) or to get my food comped and all they would offer me was a free shake. The shake that I already had ordered was melted when it got here (and they didn't send a straw for it) and my soup was cold. I will NEVER order from them again!

Food was fine minus the half-melted milkshake. It should be fine...it's not complicated...we're talking sandwiches here. My issue is with my order being over a half-hour late from the scheduled time. An hour-and-a-half for sandwiches from a place that's 5 minutes away? Really guys? Pretty poor in my opinion....

Great service - I ordered a slice of pizza, and they made me a whole one because they had stopped serving slices. Pizza was only OK--I ordered the Malibu and four cheese. Brownies are good, but are small and expensive for what you get.
