Order placed on 11.3.07.Order took an hour and a half to arrive, probably the worst delivery food we have EVER gotten. The food was soggy, flavorless, and the meat in the beef sandwich tasted old. The poppers were completely cold. The italian ice was completely melted. Called to complain and the manager said we would be issued a credit to call back and reorder the food at a later date, just called to give them another try and no such credit was ever written. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Order placed on 6.14.09.Pizza is 7 on a scale of 10 but do not order the Caesar salad -- it was messed up bad. They doused it in some dressing that didn't resemble Caesar -- or ask for dressing on the side, you have to do that for this restaurant. Delivery was expected at 10:14 and came at twenty after. Just ordered Delisis's again and was quite happy! Their build-your-own Mac N Cheese was excellent, I chose spinach and ricotta. Their pizza has a really wonderful taste unlike any other I've tried! Truly Delicious!

Order placed on 6.17.09.The pizza and the greek salad were pretty good. The flavor and quality of both was fine. Thin crust pizza is Chicago cracker crust style... Ranalli's hit on a peeve of mine with many deliveries - when they place the salad in the same bag with the pizza or other hot food. Warm salad isnt very inviting... Put in the fridge a bit and it was ok.

Order placed on 4.13.08.They have a motto-the Pizza you cant refuse.Well, I refuse to order from there again.As for the people that say this place is good, they must work there,own part of it,or are having their friends give positive reviews because this place SUCKS. It takes alot for me to write a negative review. But this place hit the big suck on almost every count. The only good thing was it took them 45 minutes to deliver. I have been reading the reviews for months and was very afraid to order from this place-then I saw a string of "good" reviews. I still had a bad feeling before I ordered and it turned out the feeling was right. Pizza: Tasteless toppings. Sauce had a fish taste to it! Do they use the same utensils to make pizza and fish?!!! Crust was brittle like the dough mix was old or something. Cheese was not fresh at all. I still have heartburn from this crap almost 24 hours after I ate it! I will NEVER order from here again and I suggest you do not either.

Order placed on 11.16.09.First, the order was late, the pizza has an awful taste to it. I can deal with "ok" pizza, but this was just bad! We also tried the cheeseburger which was not good at all. I ordered the chicken noodle soup and they brought the wrong one. Never will we order from there again!

Order placed on 11.6.09.This is one of the best pizza places in Chicago. The Chicago Pan pizza is the best Ive had in the City. Thier crust is a butter crust and the only crust i ever eat..i usually throw away the ends. The mushrooms were fresh-NOT CANNED. Whole black olives-the best tasting and perfect sized italian sausage. Phone people are always sweet and courteous and delivery is always on time. The best, The best, The best!!!

Order placed on 7.10.09.Probably 3.5 stars is accurate here. We ordered grilled calamari, spaghetti with marinara, and the seasfood salad. All was good, not great (espcially compared to a place like Filipo's Restaurante for grilled calamari), pretty good for delivery. They were about 10 minutes outside of the window they specified, but right around the default GrubHub window. Seafood salad was tasty but NOT what we expected at all. Overall not bad.

Order placed on 6.12.09.I order from the Leona's on Sheridan...it's a great place to dine in and pretty good delivery, too. It takes a pretty long time. Their spaghetti is very good and their veggie burgers are huge and filling. I like their alternative choices (lots of vegetarian entrees and such). It's pretty good, lots to choose from!

First person who answered, couldn't take my order. 2nd (seemed like owner) accomodated my special pasta request which was great. Food was fast and very good. Calamari was a bit small - but I would probably order from them again.
