    Sometimes you eat something and think: "Well, that probably shorented my lifespan it was so unhealthy". The best part of the breaded steak sandwich is that it is totally worth it! Their pizza is great too.

    Althought the food here is delicious, their service is absolutely disgusting. They cancelled my order because I didn't have the credit card on hand when they delivered my food. What a joke. Definitely not smart business.

    Tried to order here last night, grubhub showed them in my delivery area according to my address, placed the order without a hitch. 10 minutes later they called me back and said they canceled my order because they stop at ashland, and i'm at 1645 W.... cmon people...

    Never got to taste their food because they told me that they dont deliver. Funny because when I put in my address it said that they did. I called the restaurant and the lady who picked up was very rude when I told them that they should fix it. In a way im happy I didnt get anything from them. Customer service is something they need to improve on asap!

    My order came with a side of cole slaw, but when I bit into it, it tasted like soap or detergent was in it! I called the restaurant to let them know, but the deep voiced "female" manager or supervisor that was on duty that night told me that nothing was wrong with it! She didn't apologize for my experience or offer me anything! I was a faithful customer and ordered from them about 4 nights a week. Since this incident I haven't ordered from them at all. It's been 2 years now and I still tell people this story!
