Pizza, Sandwiches, Chicken, Ribs, BBQOrder placed on 11.3.07.Order took an hour and a half to arrive, probably the worst delivery food we have EVER gotten. The food was soggy, flavorless, and the meat in the beef sandwich tasted old. The poppers were completely cold. The italian ice was completely melted. Called to complain and the manager said we would be issued a credit to call back and reorder the food at a later date, just called to give them another try and no such credit was ever written. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

A great choice for vegetarians - tofu or vegetables are an option instead of meat for just about everything, including on the online menu. I also rank them highly for customer service. They called as soon as they received my order to tell me they were out of an appetizer I ordered. We didn't ask for a substitute, but they threw in a free salad and free soup. I will definitely give them future business.

We had seen it on GrubHub before, but never gave it a second glance, thinking it was your typical bar food. It was anything but. Delivery was on time (a little bit early, actually) and the food was terrific. As other reviewers have noted, it is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. The only bad thing about our experience was that the delivery guy clearly wasn't being careful with the packages and the pizza slid all around in the too-big box and lost some of the toppings, and the lid for the risotto was smashed down into the dish, making for a pretty messy opening. But, the taste of the food was worth every penny....we will definitely order from here again, although the prices will keep us from doing it too often.

Overall they have great service. This place (and chain) is new to Chicago and I trust it will gain followers. They have great coupons in their mailings.I am not sure if you can use coupons when you order online, but I foresee you will be able to in the near future. IF YOU HAVE TO CALL MAKE SURE YOU MENTION GRUBHUB! The fact that they charge no delivery fee is awesome.Give them a try. As far as the pizza... It is way above average for a chain. In fact many steps above the other larger chains (like Dominos, Little Caesars,etc.) Hearty sauce and very fresh. The crust is chewy and soft in a good way. I have ordered a half dozen times and have been satisfied every time.

It takes alot for me to write a negative review. But this place hit the big suck on almost every count. The only good thing was it took them 45 minutes to deliver. I have been reading the reviews for months and was very afraid to order from this place-then I saw a string of "good" reviews. I still had a bad feeling before I ordered and it turned out the feeling was right. Pizza: Tasteless toppings. Sauce had a fish taste to it! Do they use the same utensils to make pizza and fish?!!! Crust was brittle like the dough mix was old or something. Cheese was not fresh at all. I still have heartburn from this crap almost 24 hours after I ate it! I will NEVER order from here again and I suggest you do not either.

Asian, Thai, Japanese, Sushi, NoodlesOrdered from them twice now after stopping in the restaurant and loving the food. Delivery has been no different, it has showed up before they estimate, the food is always perfect, and I'm always happy. I go for the veggie sushi and gyoza, delicious!
