Asian, Japanese, SushiMy food arrived in 30 minutes, which was 30 minutes ahead of schedule. I ordered 3 different types of Koko Special Maki. Each was excellent. The deliveryman was polite. I would definitely order from Koko Sushi again.

A great choice for vegetarians - tofu or vegetables are an option instead of meat for just about everything, including on the online menu. I also rank them highly for customer service. They called as soon as they received my order to tell me they were out of an appetizer I ordered. We didn't ask for a substitute, but they threw in a free salad and free soup. I will definitely give them future business.

Overall they have great service. This place (and chain) is new to Chicago and I trust it will gain followers. They have great coupons in their mailings.I am not sure if you can use coupons when you order online, but I foresee you will be able to in the near future. IF YOU HAVE TO CALL MAKE SURE YOU MENTION GRUBHUB! The fact that they charge no delivery fee is awesome.Give them a try. As far as the pizza... It is way above average for a chain. In fact many steps above the other larger chains (like Dominos, Little Caesars,etc.) Hearty sauce and very fresh. The crust is chewy and soft in a good way. I have ordered a half dozen times and have been satisfied every time.

It takes alot for me to write a negative review. But this place hit the big suck on almost every count. The only good thing was it took them 45 minutes to deliver. I have been reading the reviews for months and was very afraid to order from this place-then I saw a string of "good" reviews. I still had a bad feeling before I ordered and it turned out the feeling was right. Pizza: Tasteless toppings. Sauce had a fish taste to it! Do they use the same utensils to make pizza and fish?!!! Crust was brittle like the dough mix was old or something. Cheese was not fresh at all. I still have heartburn from this crap almost 24 hours after I ate it! I will NEVER order from here again and I suggest you do not either.

Tonight, however, the order was an hour late, the restaurant didn't give an update, and the food was (unsurprisingly) cold. I'm giving a three based on prior (good) experiences!
