    I just got my order- while delivery just made it a few minutes before it said it would get here, the shake was completely melted (i.e. vanilla flavored milk), we were missing one bag of chips, and one sandwich was on white instead of the requested multigrain. Last time I order Potbelly's from grubhub.com. Not worth the delivery fee and mistakes!!!! No excuse for all of these mistakes.

    First, when the delivery guy showed up, he didn't have any change. He blamed it on the person who he delivered to earlier paying with credit card instead of admitting that he screwed up by not carrying the standard $10, $5 and 5 $1 that any delivery driver is supposed to carry. He then proceeded to tell me that I could use the quarters he had to give me for the skyway. When I told him I had an i-pass, he said I could use it for street meters. He was a real class act. Then we got the sandwiches. I ordered 2 sandwiches, one with lettuce, tomato, pickle and mayo, and another completely different sandwich with lettuce, mayo, Italian seasoning, and oil. The second sandwich turned out to have the same ingredients as the first. It wasn't a huge deal because I could pick them off, but it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. It was in print in front of them as they made the sandwich. It was just lazy human error, and it literally ruined my meal. So disappointed.

    I ordered a sandwich with everything but mayo and they delivered it to me with nothing but tomatoes. Potbelly's is great, but I guess you can't trust their delivery.
