    Probably the worst sushi delivery experience I've had. I waited 2 hours for my food, only to be handed two flavorless sushi rolls swimming in the juice from the pickled ginger. The wasabi tasted like chemicals and the white tuna smelled awful. I ended up tossing the whole thing out and going to bed (hungry and out $30). The person I spoke with when I called to check on the order and the driver were pleasant, but that's about all the positive I took away from the experience.

    The food is delicious, and I'm never disappointed in the sushi I get from Ponzu. I'm giving them 2 stars because I placed an order for almost $60 worth of sushi today for lunch, and was told that it would arrive in about an hour. 10 minutes before it was set to arrive, I received a call from Ponzu, saying that they had received my order "a little while ago" and that it was going to be "a little late"... like, another hour late. They said there was only one chef working, and I understand that it is difficult to keep up with a lunch rush under those circumstances, but the fact that they didn't call sooner or offer any kind of anything to make it up to us was pretty surprising. I'm really disappointed in my experience today and am sad to say that I probably will not return to Ponzu. But, like I said, the sushi is DELICIOUS.
