Solid Pizza. Good Crust. Didn't like the sauce to cheese ratio too much, but I prefer less sauce. Also, the tomato sauce was not as sweet as I usually enjoy.

The pizza here is usually very good for cheap pizza. I have never had a problem. However tonight the gentleman on the phone "Ari" would not validate our coupon, he was not helpful in anyway. I will NEVER order from here again. If you want to advertise then you should honor your add. The coupon was current! It is very upsetting to say goodbye the food was always ok. Thanks alot "Ari"

While the food is consistently good, the multiple calls from the delivery driver saying that your doorbell doesn't work...when he is at the wrong apartment...are stupid.
That's the second time they've done that.

The guy and woman on the phone are very nice and have an attention to detail which is very refreshing. The drivers are very nice too. Overall they have great service. This place (and chain) is new to Chicago and I trust it will gain followers. They have great coupons in their mailings.I am not sure if you can use coupons when you order online, but I foresee you will be able to in the near future. IF YOU HAVE TO CALL MAKE SURE YOU MENTION GRUBHUB! The fact that they charge no delivery fee is awesome.Give them a try. As far as the pizza... It is way above average for a chain. In fact many steps above the other larger chains (like Dominos, Little Caesars,etc.) Hearty sauce and very fresh. The crust is chewy and soft in a good way. I have ordered a half dozen times and have been satisfied every time.

The pasta was good for fast food and reasonable price. I really enjoyed permasian chesse it was a nice change from mozzarela. The chicken wings were flavorable but they for got my bbq sauce and the fries were typical. The deliver service was ok. I would order again if I crave past but don't want to cook it.

I have been ordering from here years. Lasgana I got this wasn't so huge, was kind of small. Could easily been a 1 time thing, just in case next time I order, same thing happens. Other than that, never had an issue.

I've ordered from the West Division location several times over this past week, and love it. We were looking for a decent place that delivered late at night. Delivery was timely, food was hot, and above average quality for the price.
The calzones are good--fresh dough, flavorful fillings. Pizza has a light, puffy crust, tangy sauce, and decent amount of toppings layered under the cheese.
My only disappointment so far has been the chicken fingers appetizer--we only got 4 small, shriveled, sad-looking tenders.
The phone and delivery staff has been extremely polite and on the ball. Sarpino's also has an excellent web site that is ridiculously easy to order from.
Overall, for cheap, fresh, Americanized Italian food, Sarpino's hits the spot. It's our new go-to delivery place, especially for those 3am cravings.
