First time ordering from Pisa Pizza. I liked it. The family deal is great: a gigantic 18" cheese pizza with 1 ingredient, a huge, tasty salad with black olives, onions, cherry tomatoes, green peppers and a 2 liter of RC, all for only $19.99. Deliverer was polite and friendly, too. Yes, the pizza was a little greasy, but there's fat in cheese, people. You'll always get a little pool of oil on top of the pie--nothing a couple paper towels can't fix. I'll order from here again. [Update] Ordered from them again. Food came piping hot, 20 minutes early. My order was missing a 2-liter of soda so the deliverer actually drove to a nearby corner store and bought me a bottle. Now that's service. And ya gotta love $9.99 for a 16" sausage pizza. Good food, low prices, great service and fast delivery. What more do you need?

The food was delicious and the delivery was within forty minutes. The only issue I had was, I tipped on my card BEFORE the food was even delivered and the driver couldn't even be bothered to deliver my food to me. He called from the street and made me come down onto the sidewalk instead of delivering the food to me.

I like the pizza but honestly the service really sucks. The delivery is always close to an hour and 30 minutes and you can call them and they will apologize and tell you it will be 5 more minutes but it will be 20. Once try's to be loyal to neighborhood family owned places but they don't even care. And the worst is when you ask them to make it a litlle different like extra thin - they won't do it so you let down twice when the pizza finally gets there. I guess I should just give up and stop ordering from there. so dissapointed

Ordered a Sausage Pizza and Fries at 5:30pm. Never arrived. Called in at 6:50pm. They said it would be another 10 minutes. I told them to cancel it.
