This will sound a bit silly but it annoys me when delivery drivers make you come all the way down from your condo or apartment to get the food. Part of the reason I get delivery is I don't want to leave my place and go all the way outside. I would just walk somewhere in that case. Therefore it really annoyed me that the driver called and said there was no parking and I had to come down and get my food. I live in probably the only area of Chicago where there is plenty of parking including an open lot that is free and doesn't tow. He argued with me and then the restaurant called to tell me I had to go down and get it. I had already given my credit card info so I did. In regards to the food the sushi was okay. Nothing great but decent. The gyoza was okay but the sauce tasted a lot like vinegar which I can't stand. Overall for the price the food wasn't worth it. There are a lot of places in Chicago so I won't order from here again. I want to avoid the trouble and mediocre food.

1 Ono Carpaccio $ 13.00 1 Sea Bass $ 12.00 1 Miso Soup $ 3.00 this was my order and I feel like it was wasted $. Sea Bass was flavorful but over cooked and the Ono was real warm. You would think for $40.00 they could have at least included soy, ginger, and wasabi. Still starving and not satisfied in the least. Probably better in the restaurant.

Chronologically: The driver didn't speak a lick of english, and after I gave him a pretty good tip($5) for coming earlier than specified delivery time I could tell he was cursing me under his breath as he walked away. The Specialty/Dragon rolls are WAY over priced for the size of them. It wasn't bad but I dont like pulling shells out of my mouth when eating food (shrimp). The maki's were NOT good... atleast for the price I paid for these they could atleast stick together and not fall apart. The hand rolled ones I got I should have known better because you should only eat them fresh or the seaweed gets rubbery. All in all EXTREMELY overpriced for the size of these rolls, I was pist. The Kung pao chicken I got for later was expensive ($15) for what I would consider a half portion at most places but it was the best part of my experience. In conclusion... will NOT be ordering ever again earns 2 stars - 1 for speedy delivery and 1 for getting my order correct. Goodluck

The Edamame was unsalted and cold. The Sesame Crispy Calamari was extremely greasy, gummy, unseasoned, and poor in taste. The Calamari was no where near crispy in fact, it was so greasy and gummy that just touching it left my hand, face, and lips covered in oil. I love Calamari, but this was a waste of money and time! The Spicy Maki was very good. (I was surprised.) Overall, I am completely displeased with the quality of food that was delivered. It also did not help that the delivery man went to the wrong street when the directions were clear! I will never order from them again!
