we ordered soup, crab rangoon, shrimp toast, and egg rolls. food arrived hot. shrimp toast was dripping grease everywhere, crab rangoon was bland, and food was extremely salty (that was the only flavor!) pass on it

They made an honest mistake and misread my order: I said "only" x, y, z for vegetables and they read it as "NO" x, y, z for vegetables so my order came out not being the way I wanted. Plus, it contained peanuts which I said to leave out (vegetables). The sauce was a little weak and the chicken was dry, but the veggies were fresh and the potstickers were good. I chatted with GrubHub online when I got the messed up order and they totally rectified the situation and went above and beyond.

I started out thinking this might be a 4 star place. The hot and sour soup was great, crab rangoon definitely above average, though not the best I've had, eggroll was good as well. Then I got to the kung pao chicken, which looked very good. However, the chicken, if that is what it really was, was pretty gross. It was slimy/rubbery and did not look like chicken should. The sauce was very good, but I could not get over the look of the inside of the chicken pieces. I probably wouldn't order from here again since there are soooo many chinese places in the city. It was just alright.

The food came on time. The mongolian beef was a bit too "saucy", almost soup-like. The Kung-pao beef was really good and im surprise by the size of the beef they add in, pretty big pieces compared to most. The fried rice was a hit as well. For decently priced meals that are Chinese-oriented, this is a good choice.

Food arrived almost TWO HOURS after estimate. For how close they are to home (about three miles), the excuse they gave (that food was out for delivery but driver was 'stuck on the expressway') was unbelievable. Food arrived cold. GrubHub were super helpful, but New Three Happiness dropped the ball big-time. There's a reason their reputation pales in comparison to the little Three Happiness across the street on 22nd.
