Ordered from here in the dead of winter to try it. I also ordered Gelato in addition to some mozz. sticks. I shortly after got a phone call from the manager that they're "a bit too far" and guaranteed me that I'd receive my gelato melted. Almost asking me if I could change my order or cancel it. I did not cancel. I think that if I'm too far they shouldn't offer delivery to my area. Further-more, the gelato came delivered to me in a bag with ice, melted, and my mozz. sticks were hard and cold. Really bad. Especially when you take into consideration how close they are. Realistically a 10 min drive. Sub par. Especially when the delivery is maxing out $5.50. One word. Unreasonable.

Have to say, this is not going in our menu drawer. The sampler we ordered had different items than the menu listed, and the whole sampler was greasy--and by that I mean "greasy by fried food standards." The meal may have suffered due to the delivery process, but my clam linguine was so fishy smelling as to be inedible. Unfortunately, I don't think we'd even be willing to give the dining area a try.

My food (veal marsala) was excellent. My roommate's pasta, which he had ordered with sausage, showed up without the sausage. However, when we called to report that, they dispatched the delivery guy again with another container of sauce containing sausage, so that was pretty solid customer service. My veal made two meals; between my side of pasta and his original order, my roommate got three out of it. Definitely would order again.
