Probably 3.5 stars is accurate here. We ordered grilled calamari, spaghetti with marinara, and the seasfood salad. All was good, not great (espcially compared to a place like Filipo's Restaurante for grilled calamari), pretty good for delivery. They were about 10 minutes outside of the window they specified, but right around the default GrubHub window. Seafood salad was tasty but NOT what we expected at all. Overall not bad.

I have been a big fan of grubhub for quite a while, but since I have moved to a new neighborhood, I have had trouble finding good food with quick delivery...until I ordered from Jak's. The person on the phone was helpful and friendly and the delivery was really fast. The food arrived warm, and the taste far exceeded my expectations. The amount of food you receive for the price is excellent, as well. I will be ordering again really soon!

SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND EAT SOMETHING IN YOUR KITCHEN! We ordered food at a quarter to 4 in the AM, so we knew that we should be patient. After hanging out for over an hour and half (after the quoted time was 1hour) we decided to call. The woman on the other line checked with her driver and told us that he would be here in 5 minutes. We decided to sit outside and wait. By this point it's 5:30am. A car pulls up down the street and starts honking it's horn. We thought "Surely, that can't be the delivery guy." Then the phone rings "Hi, my driver is outside of your apartment." Then the horn honks again! This is 5:30am on a weekday on quiet residential street and the horn is BLARING! The driver was sitting in the car with his friend. We turned down the food and called and complained to the establishment. This place is absolutely ridiculous! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE service.

I will admit, I only order Chicago's when I should probably be in bed, and probably consumed one too many beverages. Usually I actually really like the pizza, even the next day. However, last time i ordered, I never even got my pizza! I called the next day to complain, No Apology, No Nothing. I was too tired to call and try to get another one delivered when i realized they blew me off. But seriously, NO APOLOGY!? Just Rude! So its good late night food, buuuuut thats about it!

This place gets the thumbs up. All of the reviews were spot-on. Above average pizza at a decent price, delivered within the quoted time and still piping hot. Plentiful toppings and the cheese wasn't rubbery like most cheap-o pizza places in this city.
