Order placed on 1.3.09.Delivery was pretty fast. The food was ok. I understand that delivery takes something away from most bar foods, yet it still was just ok. Overall the food was a bit pricey for what I got. I got a blandish steak sandwich. The buffalo chiken strips were ok - flavorful, yet a bit mushy. And the shrimp appetizer wasn't very good - very greasy. Won't order from here again any time soon.

WOW. Completely screwed up the order. Even with basic knowledge of Spanish, I could barely understand a thing the person who answered said. Apparently he didn't understand me, either. He forgot a drink, and somehow, stating that we wanted a 14" pizza was understood as wanting a slice of pizza. We tried the fries...definitely don't travel well - fries went straight into the oven to dry out. All that, and slow delivery (we live < a mile away) and they don't take credit cards...not gonna happen again for us.

Good food, a bit on expensive side on some things... They need online ordering here badly.. Its very loud there and they don't take addresses well.. So far the food has been above average.. For Gyros Lovers, they use cucumber Tiziki Sauce, not the REAL sweet basil sauce... The common folk like the cucumber, but us real gyros lovers need to GO OUTSIDE and drive over to Kings to get our Gyros fix..

SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND EAT SOMETHING IN YOUR KITCHEN! We ordered food at a quarter to 4 in the AM, so we knew that we should be patient. After hanging out for over an hour and half (after the quoted time was 1hour) we decided to call. The woman on the other line checked with her driver and told us that he would be here in 5 minutes. We decided to sit outside and wait. By this point it's 5:30am. A car pulls up down the street and starts honking it's horn. We thought "Surely, that can't be the delivery guy." Then the phone rings "Hi, my driver is outside of your apartment." Then the horn honks again! This is 5:30am on a weekday on quiet residential street and the horn is BLARING! The driver was sitting in the car with his friend. We turned down the food and called and complained to the establishment. This place is absolutely ridiculous! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE service.

When I told them I wanted to use a credit card, the peron taking the order copped a MAJOR attitude with me and said they wouldn't allow that for the first order. I just scratched the whole thing. Not worth it when the service is that crappy up front.

I will admit, I only order Chicago's when I should probably be in bed, and probably consumed one too many beverages. Usually I actually really like the pizza, even the next day. However, last time i ordered, I never even got my pizza! I called the next day to complain, No Apology, No Nothing. I was too tired to call and try to get another one delivered when i realized they blew me off. But seriously, NO APOLOGY!? Just Rude! So its good late night food, buuuuut thats about it!

I was hesitant to order from this place because I had seen it off the Redline and thought it looked sketchy. How misleading! One of the best pies in Chicago that I have had. Very similar to NY style and that is all that matters! Kind of pricy though!

Order placed on 1.9.07.Ordered the french fries--because, as you know, they are "some of the best fries in the world"-- and also the Chilean Beef Empanada and the Lime Chicken. The fries were indeed the highlight; they were hot, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside--pretty much what fries should be--and they traveled fairly well, too. The empanada was tasty, but only about half-full. The lime chicken was disappointing. While the quality of the chicken was good (not straggly little fatty trim pieces), it was just bland. The onions and peppers were scant, and really didn't contribute to the overall flavor of the dish. The sauce was more of a pasty alfredo than a soy and lime cream sauce. All that aside, I'll probably try them again - the delivery was fast and the food was hot.
