I ordered a meatball sandwich, extra mozzarella cheese. When it arrives, it has no cheese, but lots of green peppers. They were very nice about sending out a replacement sandwich (quickly!), but the replacement is on a dry hot dog bun - it's more 3 meatballs on a slice of bread! I guess if you've ever seen "Waiting," you know what I'm thinking. Moral is, if they screw up your food, you may as well just eat it, because if you ask them to fix it it just gets worse.

I have been a big fan of grubhub for quite a while, but since I have moved to a new neighborhood, I have had trouble finding good food with quick delivery...until I ordered from Jak's. The person on the phone was helpful and friendly and the delivery was really fast. The food arrived warm, and the taste far exceeded my expectations. The amount of food you receive for the price is excellent, as well. I will be ordering again really soon!

Excellent food! The salad(southwest) was huge and delicious! The calzone was too big to eat at 1 sitting! The delivery only took a half hour, overall I will continue to order from here, great place!

Great pizza! They overload on ingredients. Sometimes they forget something small in the order likes peppers on the side or two cheese cups, but it has not deterred me from ordering again. The delivery persons are usually very nice and appreciative of any tip no matter the size.

Sometimes you eat something and think: "Well, that probably shorented my lifespan it was so unhealthy". The best part of the breaded steak sandwich is that it is totally worth it! Their pizza is great too.

Great Food. Delivery takes kind of a while. It's kind of frustrating when the delivery guy shows up to the door and doesn't bother to call until 15 minutes later when he realizes people don't wait at the door for an hour.

Do not order from here! They speak no English. We live a few blocks east of them, and they decided not to deliver to us or even call us to tell us that!!! We are not even downtown.
