I'd disagree with the previous reviewer pretty strongly. I have had good experiences with the Leona's on 53rd after probably a dozen or so dining experiences. It was always timely. And it was what you'd expect from Leona's: lots of tasty stuff that helps you bust your diet. No complaints from me.

Ordered twice. First time, my order was $15. I always tip at least $2, sometimes $3 dollars. The driver/delivery guy claimed he had no change, and neither did I. With an empty fridge and everything else closed for the night, I angrily gave him a 20 dollar bill. Minutes later, I opened up my food bag to discover that my order was all wrong. I called back, and they told me it was GrubHub's fault, not theirs, and that the GrubHub system sometimes spits out the order wrong on their end. A couple weeks later, I decided to give them another chance because, heck, everyone has a bad night. The second time, not only did my order never come, I didn't even receive a phone call. Screw this place. Food is crap, anyways.

Pasta was perfect! Shrimp was amazing!.... My only complaint is that there was no mention on peanuts in the chocolate cake and I am alergic :( .... What a bummer because it looked so good!

I have also had only positive experiences. Delivery sluggish at worst.

hot sauce container was just chucked into bottom of bag and popped open. Payed extra dollar for lasagna as one of two side dishes, but got two identical side dishes (the cheaper of the two) instead But the food was pretty good as usual
