We've been ordering from Kim Long for what seems like forever, and have rarely, if ever, been disappointed. The food is inexpensive, plentiful and always hot, and have NEVER been asked to bring my credit card to the restaurant. I imagine that if I were catering a party and called in a large order of food (like another reviewer tried to do), I wouldn't act shocked when the restaurant tried to protect itself. This place is terrific, and considering we order from them at least once a week, that should tell you something. Now if we could only get them to begin online ordering...LOL

The food was pretty bad, nothing tasted right! I had a dinner party and was ordering out and placed my order for delivery. They wouldn't take my credit card over the phone!!! They insisted I go in person to pay. So we had the leave our own party to pick up the food. I wanted to food to be at least worth it and it wasn't. It was so terrible I will not want anyone to waste their money at this restaurant.

I have ordered from this restaurant several times they give u alot of food and deliver fast .. they are very freindly a couple of times i have had deliveries with forgotten items but they will make the second trip to correct .. food has always been good i have been ordering from this restaurant for several years now kim long keep up the good work ... oh and they have always taken my credit card over the phone as a matter of fact i just orderd food and they took it
