    I'm so sad to leave a bad review for Karyn's because I LOVE HER FOOD! But- ordering on grubhub- they use a delivery service. Know that Karyn's food is always amazing and it is worth running over to any of her 3 restaurants to pick up or eat there. Our experience: We ordered online last night and were quoted and hour wait. After 85min, we called grubhub and they said Karyn's is actually an 80min wait time but that our driver was running late and it would be another 15 min. After a few minutes we called back again to contest the $7 delivery fee since it was such a longer wait and overdue. Suddenly it was actually a 90min wait usually. we called Karyn's to check if the driver had even picked up the order. He'd picked up "20mins ago." So it had been sitting around for quite some time before it would even get to us. We were hungry and tired because by this point we had been waiting about an hour and 45min for the food we ordered, We just cancelled the order.

    For vegan delivery, it's great! I love the portabella sandwich, it has a great sauce on it. Wish you could get a different side other than a potato wedge cause by the time its delivered it soggy and no good. Glad to have a delivery option when I don't feel like leaving the apartment. Wish Chicago Diner would start doing delivery too!

    In one word, awful. This is not a southern style food joint. Plate of ribs was not meat, boneless soy protein with BBQ sauce on it. $2 cornbread was the size of my pinkey. Warm coleslaw, delicious. I threw it away. $30 down the drain and it took 1 hr 20 mins.
