I would never order or recommend ordering from here again. After receiving 3 entrees, and only one order of rice, I called to have the mistake corrected, only to be told by Bianca that entrees are no longer served with rice. Rice must be requested at the time of order for an additional cost. (Ive placed many orders in the past, and the menu I had, included a coupon expiring 7/31/08, showed rice served with all entrees.) Bianca and the cook were the only ones at the location, and after I was rudely placed on hold 6 times and hung up on once, I gave up with my complaint. She offered me no apology, no compensation and was only annoyed at my call and told me I should have asked prior to the order.
