I have been a big fan of grubhub for quite a while, but since I have moved to a new neighborhood, I have had trouble finding good food with quick delivery...until I ordered from Jak's. The person on the phone was helpful and friendly and the delivery was really fast. The food arrived warm, and the taste far exceeded my expectations. The amount of food you receive for the price is excellent, as well. I will be ordering again really soon!

I no longer order from this place because even if they get the order right my food has always been delivered after waits varying from 1 hr to 2 hours ( to be fair management did offer me a credit but the food was once again cold and subpar- congealed cheese, soggy natchos and cold beans and a pizza in similar condition. I threw out their menu. Good luck if you order from here.

I ordered take out from here, I got a Portobella Mushroom SW for my vegetarian girlfriend, she said it was just OK. I got the steak sandwich, which was the smallest $12 sandwich i have ever gotten, the lady on the phone said they were out of hamburger buns, but the portobella came on a hamburger bun, weird, my gf said she would have like a different bread, the hamburger bun was nasty. I ordered fries with my steak SW and got my girlfriends pita and hummus. she got my fries as her side. the fries sucked, they were soggy. the guacamole was mediocre at best. the chips were really salty, the salsa was nice and hot. The delivery lady said the food should take an hour on the phone but it came in like 30 minutes which was nice, but i do live on Grand ave and this place is on Jackson. Overall, i will not order from here again, overpriced and not that good. the menu looks awesome though.

Only have dined in...LOVE the food! So good!! Great beer selection...soooo worth visiting!
