Poor customer service and long delivery times...no thank you

If you're going to open a restaurant for delivery, you should know the streets in the area. Driver could not find my apartment on South Blvd. Five minutes of explaining several different ways he still thought he was looking for a house on Harrison. Too hungry to continue dealing with a language barrier and a driver who didn't know his delivery area, we finally gave up, told him to forget it, and went to Popeye's instead.

The food is just OK, but they don't speak English very well and it takes a long time to get your order, even if you called it in before hand. Not one of my favorites.

Then she kept saying what sounded like the same thing over and over again, but I could hardly understand her. I told her I was having trouble understanding her, and she began to yell into the phone. I asked to speak with someone else, she said they were busy and just kept asking about the sauce. I patiently explained 3 more times that I wanted to speak to someone else and that she was being rude, but she just got more agitated and wouldn't let me. I finally hung up, and ordered from Senor Jefe Mexican Grille instead (turned out the same order, even with the delivery charge, was cheaper and we actually understood each other)

Not one of the best Mexican food places in the area, but i'd have to say definitely one of the worst. I got the enchiladas and was not impressed. Also, their rice was crunchy. And don't order the cheeseburgers, they were hard as a rock, burnt, and overdone. I don't think we'll ever order from here again.
