Okay I don't get the other reviews. I've lived in the neighborhood for years, practically next door to Wah Sun and it's sort of the area joke when it comes to Chinese. I wonder if people who work there are posting. Not that the service isn't friendly but all the vegetables they use either aren't fresh or come straight out of a can. The sauces aIl taste similar no matter what you order. Too thick, bland, and with a weird after taste. The meat they use also doesn't seem to be the best quality with much of it being stringy and tough. I used to order from them when I was new to the area and searching out chinese places. I hate to be this harsh but it has the be the worst food I've ever had delivered or dined on in a restaurant.

If I had to rank this place's Chinese food among Chicago chinese places I have eaten at, I would probably put it at a little big below average. Closer to Nicky's (in Hyde Park) than to Orange Garden (in North Center). The food was unimpressive and I thought it was quite overpriced. I ordered there once and have never ordered again. If you are in North Center/St. Ben's/Lincoln Square and are thinking about this place, I would just drive or walk down to Orange Garden for pick-up. They are fantastic.

Best Cantonese in the City. Great garlic beef it doesn't come with any veggies so I have them add water chestnuts and broccoli. Just the right amount of garlic. Also the best potstickers around. I don't like a very thin dough and theirs is perfect. Ask for extra sauce though. Delivery is always either on time or early. You won't be dissappointed.
