Order took an hour and a half to arrive, probably the worst delivery food we have EVER gotten. The food was soggy, flavorless, and the meat in the beef sandwich tasted old. The poppers were completely cold. The italian ice was completely melted. Called to complain and the manager said we would be issued a credit to call back and reorder the food at a later date, just called to give them another try and no such credit was ever written. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

House of Ribs, as you might guess, have the best Ribs on GrubHub that I have tried. I would not put them in the top 20 best rib places I've tried but for delivery, they should suffice in filling your rib needs. Everything else I've tried has been okay. They were about 15 minutes late all three times we ordered.

The delivery was very quick, almost a half hour before scheduled. The food was okay. I ordered the fried chicken and wasn't impressed. Maybe I need to try something else? The food was hot, but I think they got my side order wrong, or it wasn't what I thought it would be. Might use them again.
